If you are a designer or a creator, you may not be at ease building many of the necessary blocks needed - but that doesn’t mean, they are not crucial...
69 days since the world finally awakened to the injustices and the human catastrophe of the Palestinian people. 69 days since more people started learning about the history of the Palestinian people, of the many genocides, of the ethnic cleansing committed. 69 days since the world has been debating, speaking, demonstrating, and fighting for Justice to be served. 69 days leading to the unveiling of the failures of some democracies and the system uniting them. 69 days.

Our little miracle Lulwa just celebrated her 7th year of life. She is the definition of ‘ good things come to those who wait’ … we waited for you baby girl and we are so blessed by your beautiful energy, your smart wit, your super inquisitive mind, your contagious laugh, your quirky spirit. Also… I don’t think anyone can outtalk you 😅😂 Happy Bday my love 😍
It’s only right for us to pause and discuss/reflect about the state of Fashion in light of the @cop28uaeofficial meeting taking place. It is the 28th meeting, not much has evolved sadly, but what is clear, some people are leading the conversation and movement in our industry and I had the chance to speak to two amazing activists yesterday!
Eva Kruse has dedicated her time, voice and energy educating people and uniting organizations to do better; from the pollution that manufacturing fashion causes, to the water consumptions, the waste of fast fashion, the unethical labor practices, the over consumption that has risen with social media, and a lot more. In her role today as the Chief Engagement officer of @pangaia she is at the forefront of innovation and technology, testing and promoting many initiatives that will lead with purpose.
Another amazing discovery for me was Nikhil Hirdaramani, who is a 4th gen owner of a mega garment manufacturing company. Since 2006, Nikhil, his family and employees have been working together and with their communities to transform their operations and to raise awareness about the role of manufacturing in the cycle or fashion. Sustainability is a full supply chain responsibility and collaborating with other manufacturers was crucial for Nikhil to achieve his mission, passion towards a more sustainable operation. He opened my eyes about the importance of the social space of our ecosystem that often gets forgotten, that being the well-being of the employees that are making the products; we must consume less indeed but be mindful to make sure we are not erasing whole job families and opportunities for societies that depend on it. Moreover, we discussed the impact of the current economic downturn on funding for startups and institutions innovating in our industry to create better business models and solutions to help accelerate the sustainable goals and missions ; a circular economy across all, recycled garments that can be reused as textile, making the most out of waste, and ressources and testing new fabrics, and more and more only possible with a lot of funding, and a lot of R&D, but not a lot of time!
In times like these, small talk and social gatherings are not easy to entertain. I find that art, cultural expressions and community events are soothing for my soul. They give me a sense of connection and set the stage for vulnerable and authentic conversations, or just much needed silence…
At @abudhabiart here are a few of my top favorites 💜💜💜
Dressed in the threads of my heritage, I stand before echoes of a joyous pas… a time when freedom and happiness were the heartbeat of Palestine. Each stitch, a story; every photograph, a memory of a land I long to know. Here I am, holding onto the dreams of my ancestors, yearning for the day when I can walk on my homeland, creating new memories with my family. #palestineinmyheart #culturalheritage #dreamsofhome
When Art can Speak of the Pain and of the Struggle, when Art can relate the past and keep the memories alive, when we unite in our pain and our love for Palestine around the expression of our community.
Thank you @alserkalavenue for hosting this beautiful and powerful exhibition and for all involved for putting it together @palmuseum @barjeelart @alserkalartsfoundation @sultanalqassemi @abdelmonem_a @hazemharb @tabari_artspace @_michela_simone ✌🏻✨
I was asked by @hiamag to write a piece about my relationship with Palestine. First, thank you @hiamag @maibadr5 @adnanalkateb and @cynthiakattar & the team for lending your pages to our beautiful Palestine. Our hearts are broken and yet we feel we need to express ourselves, to share stories, to be together, to stay connected, and to try as much as we can to keep talking about Palestine.
Don’t stop talking about Palestine 🙏🏻 #gazaunderattack #freepalestine
This is a must see video of a brave nurse from @doctorswithoutborders coming out of Gaza after 26 days and telling @andersoncooper of @cnn what the situation is really like. Heartbreaking testimony 💔 God Bless all the doctors, nurses, press, and all the people keeping it together while the genocide continues. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Today my first born, my beautiful Ayah turns 14. Like a flash, she is now a young beautiful girl, with a glitter in her eye full of hope and dreams, a heart so kind and warm and a smile that can conquer the world.
My mom used to always tell me about time, how it is fleeting, I never really knew what it meant until I had children. Trust me when I say, cherish your time with them, prioritize it, build your bonds, teach them the skills, tell them you love them ALL the time, and let the petty things pass, they never really matter. For what matters at the end is that they are happy, kind and strong.
Ayouchti, I am so proud of you, I will always be your cheerleader as long as I’m around, and when I’m not, I will be that very loud persistent voice in your head that never leaves 😂😂🧿
Happy Birthday y’a Albi 🎂🎂🎂
I can tattoo you on my arm, I can wear your emblems, I can scream and shout about you, but what I can’t do is save you alone.
Dear Palestine, dear Gaza, while you are being attacked and suffocated, we all stopped breathing. We all stopped believing in democracies and in Justice. We all witnessed more greed, more lies and more and more evil.
However, my dear beautiful Palestine, what we feel is immense pride, pride for your faith, pride for your resilience, pride for your enduring willingness to live and to to tell your stories. We hear you, we feel you, we love you.
And guess what? Although many have failed you, so many are now standing up for you and for your rights, all over the world people are uprising in your name, they are holding hands in support of your rights, of what’s right.
Habibti Gaza, your babies are watching from the sky and they can see that one day, their lives will not have been lost in vain. They were lost in the name of freedom, in the name of Justice, against evil and oppression and for a brighter safer future for you and for all of God’s humans
💔❤️💔❤️💔
The powerful energy of this place. Never underestimate what nature can do to your soul and your mind. Surrender to it from time to time, and be reunited with your roots. Humans were not created to live in cubicles, wearing uncomfortable clothes, stuck to their devices, consuming processed everything. We were created as part of that ecosystem yet we stopped belonging to it… find your way back? Come with me? Xxx
P.S i had a breathwork session with @nafasjourneys after I wrote the above. I didn’t post for some reason and left it in drafts. Check the last picture to see what card I got. Universe you are so powerful 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Everyday I have to filter my path based on this exact statement. It isn’t about only choosing for your soul, it is about being aware when you do choose for your ego, and making these decisions carefully.
At this point of my life, only after having done the reflective and internal work needed, I have an internal sensor when my ego takes the lead. Feed your soul, love your soul, follow your soul, choose your soul 💕💕💕
Beirut Nights oh how I have missed you. The butterflies in my stomach, the laughter, the getting lost in the streets, the people you meet, the memories you build, the freedom… yup the freedom of your inner being in a place where this freedom is often lost.
Grateful for my soul brother @rrraad for every moment spent, for the people new and old we met, for his guardianship and love for the Lebanese culture, the creatives, the unique voices. I miss you already x
With this super moon, Beirut, comes a rekindled passion and admiration for you. Your reality cannot be experienced any other way, nor anywhere else… Thank you ❤️
Good Morning Dubai ☀️
I watched over the weekend the new 4 part documentary on @apple featuring the 90’s supermodels @cindycrawford @lindaevangelista @naomi @cturlington .
It was a flashback to my youth, the days that I started my infatuation and love for the fashion industry, the era where magazines and photographers took us on a journey, a time before filtering, photoshop, editing, when these beautiful models became the reason people wanted to buy the brands. I won’t deny that they were not your average woman, and therefore they got the SUPER superlative, but wow did they shine!
One comment made by Linda made me want to share it this morning. And I thought, why keep chasing Youth when we can embrace the beauty of life, experience, wisdom, confidence, maturity, self love, connection? I guess we either bloom with the years, or we fade. A choice?
Who else feels more beautiful today, than when they were in their 20s?
I attended last weekend an exclusive dinner hosted by @zegnaofficial in the presence of Angelo Zegna, a 4th generation member of the family, leading the retail and customer experience mission for the heritage Italian brand. The evening was to honor the case study that @harvardhbs has written and will be teaching about the family and the brand that has dominated the men’s Italian suiting and fine fabrics industry since 1910.
The evening wouldn’t have been complete without the storytelling by Angelo, cementing the values of the brand. Oasi Zegna, in Piedmont Italy, is the home of the historic Wool Mill. It is a natural territory, a project of reforestation that consists of 500k trees and counting, a place where the founder’s dream to create the world’s finest fabrics was born 👌🏻
So if you don’t know this about me, I’ve always been very loyal to my @diorbeauty . As a young woman I was wearing #jadore ( first version 🤫), then I graduated to Gris Montaigne by the Couture Collection ( now called Gris Dior ). Last evening, I got introduced to the newest version of the J’adore Parfum collection, Dior L’Or, surrounded by the coolest crowd and serenaded by the amazing @elyanna. I felt ( and smelled ) 20 again 😎
Thank you @diorbeauty 🫶🏻
A day well spent with Lulu and @cadillacarabia having fun with the new #XT5 and the @onstararabia cool car control and security features! #backtoschool #cadillaclife #cadillac
I saw this post yesterday and it’s simplicity made my heart smile. Life is really a game. Every once in a while you have to stop. You can’t continue to the next stage until you analyse your previous steps. You never know what’s the challenge awaiting you ahead. But.. if you accumulate enough lives on the way, it will give you the strength and energy to keep going, no matter how many times you fall, you eventually will start again….🎮🎮🎮
My new life mantra since 2020 when I risked so much and chose to live. Since then and everyday I live, I surprise myself ( and @triwithanwar 😅 ) of how much more alive I can and will be until it’s my time to say adieu 🙏🏻
So last week, I decided to download on @audible the amazing @the_four_agreements_official by @donmiguelruiz and it was a great refresher. I was setting out to start September fresh and hopeful, to keep improving and growing as a person and as a leader.
The agreements are so simple yet so difficult to keep applying for many of us!
Here they are:
1- Be impeccable with your word: this i never found difficult to apply and I tend to lose a lot of respect for those that fail in keeping their word.
2- Don't take anything personally: this has been one of the most difficult ones to apply in my life. Reminding myself through the book that taking things personally reflects my own internal struggles and not the external actions around me. I am also so blessed to have had the chance over the past few years to work on loving myself more and more, to not allow the outside world to disrupt my peace as much as it has in the past.
3- Don't make assumptions: this is something I am a HUGE advocate of. You are not sure, ask! Have the courage to have a direct honest conversation no matter how hard it may be for you to have and no matter how uncomfortable it may be for others. Nothing like the truth vs the assumptions and stories we make up as the truth in our heads.
4- Always do your best: always, always, always. Even if it leads to failure or disappointment. Asking myself: did I really do my best ( no more and no less )? This discipline and respect for my own life is what makes me wake up and sleep with little regret, most of the nights.
Love and peace and most importantly stay ALIVE 🥂
And I got seriously pampered by @caesarspalacedubai and their amazing team. From a stunning day at the Neptune pool straight into the Qua Spa where the therapist gave me a facial with @drburgener.switzerland ‘s amazing products ( the charcoal exfoliating scrub was heavenly ).
Tan. Swim. Read. Eat. Sleep. Repeat 🧖♀️🧖♀️🧖♀️ #letsmeetatcaesars #justlikeacaesar
Memories Created with the love of genuine people.
This July, me & the girls were blessed to spend every minute with people that not only love and care of us, but people that we love and adore back. So thankful to all of you that took time to create these memories with us. We are very very very lucky girls to have you in our lives ❤️❤️❤️
Embracing the enchanting woods. Taking me back to the daydreaming under the ancient trees, healing from heartbreaks, conquering hills like Gi Jane with my adventurous @joelleazouz , exploring forbidden nooks, and dancing to the rhythmic tamtam beats on Sundays.
Oh Nature … the canvas of cherished memories. 🌳💚 #NatureNostalgia #WoodsWonderland"
Note to self!
I often wonder when I am making any decision in life lately: what would I do if no one was watching? And I have to admit to myself that I tweak and adapt to my environment.
But what a dream it would be, to be in a completely quiet space in my head and soul, where I can keep moving without any distractions and be true, like 100% true to who I am and who I am meant to be.
My Goals and Dreams First 💋💋💋
I have been known not to like talking when riding in a car, something about the movement, the journey, makes me overtly pensive. I get lost in day dreaming, since I was a little girl. I visualize a whole scene, story. I get nostalgic. My little girl is the same. I can sense when she’s looking outside her backseat window that she is also escaping to that other world. Music plays a crucial role too, the more nostalgic the more intense my thoughts. On a plane? That feeling is on another level 😅
Who can relate???
You are the best father our girls can ever wish for. You are present, you are loving, you are selfless, you are inspiring, you are fun, you can be funny 😆, you are caring… and I can go on forever. May you always protect them and love them, and May they always look up to you and reach out to you.
Happy Father’s Day 🧿
So we’ve made this far. 6210 days married to you Mr A … A third of my life … 2 kids, 4 pets, 4 homes and 17 years later… I am grateful for the home and the life we built together.
Thank you for always believing in me and for being my strongest supporter. Thank you for partnering with me in this very strange thing called life. We got this!
I love you, your Rano ❤️
They say the older we get the wiser we get, I guess this is a wise looking pose I took here 😅 Don’t be fooled though…
Wisdom did come to me in the form of life experiences so far and recently a lot of internal reflection … but then what? Surrendering to the life not yet lived? The heightened senses that come with self awareness? Confused you much? 😅
Good night Dubai 💋
If there is one thing that I promised myself to start doing again, it is to dance, the way I used to always dance. Life is too short not to 💋

When she was just a girl she expected the world
But it flew away from her reach
So she ran away in her sleep
Dreamed of para-para-paradise
Para-para-paradise, para-para-paradise
Every time she closed her eyes

Hamburg, you have such a beautiful energy surrounded by water, the pure and cleansing feeling is so calming and serene. Sometimes, a nice small reset is what the body and mind needs. 💋
Day 2 post @ironman_germany and only just letting sink in what my husband @triwithanwar achieved on 04.06 in Hamburg.
Reflecting on the journey so far, I can only agree that nothing in life comes without hard work and dedication. But this level of commitment, to achieve what may seem impossible to many of us, only comes with crazy devotion.
@triwithanwar has been training for months ( and years before ) for this day. He never imagined the gruesome effort and obstacles he faced, but he didn’t give up, he finished it with a smile! 13 hours non stop …
Watching him devote his life to it, not only made me jealous of that sport, missing him everyday, but it also gave all of us at home a new meaning for determination and discipline. He has been our role model and hero.
Also, I witnessed all shapes and forms taking this challenge on Sunday. I saw women, men, all age groups and bodies, I saw people crying, people laughing, crowds cheering and some sincerely worried for their loved one.
One thing I can say, is we are all created equal, it’s up to us to decide how far we want to go, and how much to push our potential, bodies, minds and souls.
I wonder what’s next for this 52 year old athlete, how many more ‘impossibles’ he will make possible.
As for us, me and the girls ( and the pets ), we are so proud of you @triwithanwar and we are glad to have you back to normal operating hours… for at least the summer 😅
What an amazing dining experience we had at @restaurant_xavierpellicer and a joy to have met with the chef and shared a couple of laughs!
We were not alone in discovering this gem, Chris Martin and Dakota were spotted the same day!
From his website:
Pellicer offers his way of life to his diners. He believes that the hands of the people who work the land transmit positive energy to those who cook and that they transfer it to diners. The principle of the new Xavier Pellicer is the same that governed his residency at Can Fabes (Sant Celoni) during two different stages of his life: absolute respect towards the food with which he works.
Pellicer's focus is on biodynamics, with organic, local and healthy products, in accordance with the gastronomic concept that he offers his diners: Healthy Kitchen, a balance between the pleasure of ingestion and the well-being of digestion
Every time you travel, you discover something new, sometimes it’s about the world and many times it’s about yourself. I loved this quote, because of a personal internal struggle I have between being vs doing.. and the balance one can have in order not to miss out on life.
Where have you travelled to lately?
What more can a girl ask for really? I lived a healthy life this far, my parents, my siblings, my husband and kids, my family and friends, my pets, my community, everyone I love… gives me joy and SO much LOVE. I live today a simpler life, anchored by a deep conviction that real connections, being one with the universe, and having a LOT of fun, is just what anyone really needs in this life. That and a kick ass wardrobe too! 😜
Thank you for the love, thank you for the support, thank you for the inspiration, and thank you for your friendship and respect. THANK YOU 🙏🏻
This my loves is 46 👊🏻
الحمدلله
Yesterday I was lucky to moderate a talk dear to my heart, and to the hearts of my panelists. We discussed what identity means to us and I can’t summarize it better than this quote right there.
Thank you @noorshamma for taking us though a journey with your beautiful brand, through community and storytelling. Thank you @by_nour_with_love for making it happen and for your beautiful touch.
Thank you my dear panelists @dr.haneenjarrar @daliaskitchen @theconfusedarab for your wisdom and passion.
Thank you @mishkah.ae for being the fertile ground to make this all happen 🫶🏻
I have a yearning to collect pieces with meaning and purpose, I don’t usually just go for what others like or what is trending anymore, I used to. Today I have the maturity to know who I am and what I stand for.
I stand for creative expression in every form, I am attracted to those trying to make a difference through their art, I am committed to be the voice to make a change.
In this first pic I wear these amazing pants by @bouguessa designed by a woman so passionate about creating high quality garments that are empowering a woman. She is humble, she is shy, she is strong!
In the next pic I stand in front of 2 pieces that hang on my walls, one by my fav Palestinian artist @hazemharb that speaks to my pain and all of ours in every piece he creates to keep the memory of our land alive. The second i discovered at @theoddpiece a gem of a place curated by Saudi designer Arwa Hafiz. It’s an Egyptian craft kept alive called the Khayameya, which is a hand embroidered tent technique 💕
The last picture, I dedicate to the women of Iran, of Afghanistan, of Palestine, of Syria, to any woman living under oppression , to all the women that lost their freedom and voice
Thank you @postitforwardwlf for giving us a chance to lend our voice to this cause 🕊️

Good Morning beautiful people. How was your week so far?
You know, It took me time to understand what I was given, and to accept it was given to me by God for a reason. It took me time to trust what my true gift was, and not believe that I should shrink it to make others feel better or more secure around me. It took courage to accept and to be assertive about what I am great at, to know it’s not arrogance, it is a gift to be cherished and nurtured . And that gift, was not for me to keep. There is a reason I have it, there is a reason we all have a unique gift. But who has the deep conviction to own it?
It is simple. We are given this talent and gift so that others can benefit from its beauty and learn and grow from it too. We are all interconnected beings that feed off each others’ frequencies and energies. That is why when someone is shining with genuine and free energy, it is contagious, they are generous with it and understand that it is not theirs to keep. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
I often say to women be the driver of your life and not just a passenger. This is what lead me to voice my opinion about a social issue I am experiencing around me and in my close circles. It pains me to see many women trusting their destiny to others only to find themselves one day lost and alone. Financial security and financial indépendance is not a good to have, it is a must have. Ask yourself if you are a mother how you would want your daughter to be secure in life if you are no longer around. Our kids learn by example, be the example that will break the cycle and ask yourself, what can I start doing to become the driver of my life.
Personal views expressed as always, hoping to impact positively anyone that needs it 😘
And then just like that, you are ready, for the new act of your life to start. When? Where? Follow the vibrations and they will lead you ….
Have a beautiful Day Dubai 🧿
We can’t smile everyday and all the time, but one thing is true, whatever is keeping you from smiling must be taken care of ( I sound like a mobster ).Really, all the studies show the impact of a positive mindset on not only our longevity but also on our chances to live a successful life and to reach the outcomes we want from life. I have had my share of challenges in life, since by teenage years and onwards. Although as a teen it was hard to own my destiny, there was a fire inside me willing to reach for the stars. There was a need to live a happier life. That vision and that fire got me out of my situation and I was determined to be the driver of my destiny. Since, life has not always given me reasons to smile… but when it didn’t, I didn’t let that linger too long, I again took over. Nobody ever did that for me. Yes I had all the support a girl can ask for, but I always took charge of ME. Every single time. Mental health is no joke, but we are all part of something much bigger than ourselves ( God, the universe, whatever you believe in ) - tapping into that frequency and having faith is where it all starts. I hope you are smiling and if you are not, I hope you smile again very soon ✨ ✨
Although we all grew up in different places around the world, my cousins and I were always United in memories and special quality moments, from summers in Beirut to summers in France, our parents always made it a point that we know the value of family and instilled in us a bond that can never be broken. Some us found ourselves living here, and through our own growing families, we in return are giving our kids the gift of love. Values are not a given, they are instilled through behavior, through traditions and through memories. May they continue on, celebration every Eid, every birthday, every Xmas and every memory and always have each other’s backs 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Eid is Tomorrow 💕
To all of the refugee kids around the world, may you find enough hope and faith in your small hearts that God is great. Eid Mubarak 🌟
Last week I hosted a special iftar with with my @birkenstock family to celebrate female energy and connections. Originally we planned to gather for IWD but Covid had other plans for me 🙈!! Celebrating women is for me now more than a day or a month, it is my purpose and my life mission to grow our community and voices so that together we inspire and support each other … to live a life of truth & opportunity … for us, for our daughters and for the sake of humanity 😉.
Thank you @birkenstockme @selinadixonpr @varzilla @arianaspersiankitchen @danahijazi @hfaconsultancy ✨
Watch out for the next gathering, and meanwhile pls stay connected xxx
I like the way this puts it. I’m not sure if you feel this often, but I ask myself sometimes, why does my happiness come last in this family? Why do I have to make everyone happy first. And then it dawned on me… it is because to be happy, I want them to be happy. I love my family. Simply put ❤️
I am one of the lucky Palestinians that had a chance to live a dignified life, yet I will never feel complete with this privilege. Watching our people resist the occupation day in day out physically hurts to watch. It is not the resistance that hurts, that is a source of immense pride, hearts of fire!! It is the humiliation, the inhumanity, the double standards, the greed and the evil that rules this world order, it is the women and the kids crying, it is our history burning and our families separated, it is the fact that the UN Security Council rulings have no weight.. and so much more.
Thank you my Palestinian brothers and sisters for fighting, for resisting, for trying to survive and to conserve whatever olive trees are still standing.
We will all express ourselves the best way we can, in our own unique ways, through words, through tattoos, through art, through craft, through food, through music, because our roots connect us through thick and thin 🇵🇸 🇵🇸🇵🇸
When is Spring Break over again???
Thank you @performancecommsme for letting us share the @continentaltiresme x @red_crescent_uae experience with you and see the smiles on all the kids beautiful faces ( and letting me play along too! ) xxx

Dubai has really been making us fall in love with the spirit of Ramadan year after year, with its beautiful energy all around. Although these pictures captured elements of the set up of one of the tents I visited this month, it was more the fact that we were one thousand people breaking fast there together.
As a kid, growing up in the west, I would look forward to Christmas because of the beautiful decorations and amazing energy of the city. Here, I am glad that my kids get to feel part of a larger community that celebrates their roots and gives them a feeling of belonging to something special.
I am happy that cities such as London are now embracing the diversity of our customs and I hope more cities around the world do so, making kids of all backgrounds feel that they also belong.
Ramadan is a month of giving and of reflection and gratitude, I have loved being home with my family and have loved taking the time to deeply reflect on my blessings.
If you haven’t yet though, go and experience one of the beautifully set up tents or iftars in town, it is something to be proud of.
Thank you UAE & @mydubai 🧿

Happy mama day ladies. To our mothers, our grandmothers, our mothers in law, our sisters, our sisters in law, our aunties, our girlfriends, to any woman that is a mom or dreams to be a mom, or to any woman that is not a mom but is born with the nurturing love of a woman for life. Today the whole earth is in bloom.
It dawned on me the other day, that we all have a mother in is, whether we do give birth or not. I realize everyday that a woman is a carer, is a nurturer, she feels a sense of responsibility and puts others ahead of her, she lives with an internal sensor for energies and feelings around her, her magic power is her womb.
Modern life has taken away from many women the chance to conceive, but cannot take away our DNA.
I want to dedicate this day to all women that have loved me, guided me, cared for me, held me close, inspired me, and made me who I am today.
Happy Mother’s Day ❤️
The irony of Life. You must experience the sadness to appreciate the joy?
Having just bid farewell to my Mom and my brother, making their ways back to their respective homes, I reflect on the strong emotions I feel with them and without them. I don’t think any family is ever exempt from feelings of sadness, yet we try hard to move on from them, and always seek to find the blessings. Every family connection comes with deep and real and very intense emotional roots, making you who you are, the good and the bad. Every time i spend time with family, I sit in silence looking at our present as a journey travelled across rivers and mountains and through extreme weather. The present scene is often sunny and peaceful. An eerie tired feeling comes over me, like an engine that over heated and needs to cool down before it starts again. Yes the sadness and joy come hand in hand, they make up life, they make up families, they make up who I am and how I also have come to be.
Part of my journey has taken me to organizations and to communities looking to genuinely better the lives of women and the future of our girls. I’m lucky that I don’t only participate to these talks during International Women’s day events, but all year long.
Last week, I had the privilege to speak to women in Tech & in consulting services, a group of women that were so inspiring and passionate about their lives. This gives me so much joy, seeing us progress, bettering our environments to reach our potential in this world and raising our voices together. #iwd2023 #womeninbusiness #womenpower
Yesterday I gave a keynote about personal branding, from my lens and from my experience as a woman ☺️
I used this quote which resonated a lot with me and others.
Wouldn’t it be great to hear what people that know you say about you when you are not in the room? ( of course not the ill hearted ones 😉). Wouldn’t be also amazing that those that don’t know you but follow your content say the same? ….
