That curiosity lead me to accept the challenge of leading Chalhoub Group’s business and digital transformation. Forming a small team of disruptive thinkers, our mission was to find the pain points stifling agility and growth and to light small fires across many teams to challenge find solutions.
In our unconventional methodology that focuses on the 3 Ps - People, Processes and Platforms - we were able to define, communicate, and align the organization around what was important to achieve. Over the span of the 900 day project, we created the movement and the foundation to the change that would come and be accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic that drove digital platforms to soar.
